⚙ Payment Requirements & Instructions

📋 If your shipping and billing address differ, we may ask you to register the alternate address with your card provider before we can process your order.

🔒 All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.

📞 Adding a contact phone number at checkout helps us resolve any authorization issues quickly.

💰 For Game Room Day Passes and event fees, the preferred method is to pay in person at the shop before your session starts.

We ship via USPS (various services). Your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

⚙ Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days to fulfill your order. Orders placed after 5pm EST may not be processed until the next business day.

⚙ Shipping Zones

We currently ship domestically within the USA only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

⚙ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Oversized items may incur additional costs — we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Items must be in original sealed condition. Notify us within 7 business days of purchase at 3gearstudios@gmail.com before sending anything back. Have your order number ready.

Handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 business days before sending anything back. Items must be in original sealed condition to qualify.

⚠️ Damaged Items

Item arrived damaged? Contact us within 7 business days with your order number and a photo. Minor packaging scuffs that don't affect the product are not considered damage.

📦 Lost Packages

If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly entered address, 3 Gear Studios is not responsible. Always double-check your address at checkout. For other lost package issues, please contact us.
