Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be fulfilled after it is placed.

🌍 Where We Ship

Domestic USA only at this time.

Orders placed after 5:00pm EST may not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm may not be processed until Monday morning. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

While most orders arrive on time, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, postal errors, or other factors beyond our control. During busy holiday seasons, please plan accordingly.

You may track your package at the USPS website, or log into your account to review your order status.

📜 Tips for a Smooth Order

1. Include a contact phone number at checkout — especially during busy seasons.

2. Double-check your shipping address before submitting. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrectly entered address.

3. Add 3gearstudios@gmail.com to your email allow list so you receive all order notifications.

4. If we contact you with a question, please respond promptly — we may not be able to proceed without your reply.

5. When emailing about an order, include the name the order was placed under and the order number to help us locate it quickly.

📦 Oversized Packages

Orders with physically large items may be classified as oversized by USPS, which can affect shipping costs. If this happens, we will contact you with the exact shipping cost for your approval before proceeding. Oversized status is determined by the shipping service and is not under our control.

🔒 Address Verification

If your shipping address does not match your billing address, we may ask you to register the alternate address with your credit card company. This extra step helps prevent fraud and keeps your order secure.

We recommend parking in the lot directly across from the shop. Please note our shop hours — we are unable to deliver outside of those times. View hours & location →

We may ask for ID verification. The person who placed the order should be the one picking it up, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

Items must be in MINT FACTORY (SEALED) CONDITION or in the same condition as sent. If opened or unsellable merchandise is returned, we cannot issue a refund.

We must be notified within 7 business days of purchase. Please contact us at 3gearstudios@gmail.com before making any return — failure to do so may prevent a refund. Please have your receipt/order number ready.

Accepted refunds will be reimbursed to the same credit/debit card used at purchase (or cash if paid in cash). Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. During the holiday season, allow up to two weeks.

All products are shipped in factory-fresh condition unless otherwise noted. Minor packaging flaws that don't affect the contents (small scuffs or dents) are not considered damage for return purposes. If you are a collector requiring pristine packaging, please visit our store directly.

✅ Our Error

If we sent the wrong item, we accept full responsibility for all return shipping costs. Your card will be refunded for the shipping. Please include your invoice with the return.

↩️ Change of Mind

If you ordered and then decided you don't want it, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

📬 Refused / Undeliverable

Packages returned as "Refused" or "Undeliverable" are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee to cover charges we incur. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, 3 Gear Studios is not responsible.

⚠️ Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at 3gearstudios@gmail.com within 7 business days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right. Minor packaging scuffs that don't affect the product are not considered damage.

We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 business days at 3gearstudios@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items must be in original sealed condition to be eligible.

⚙ Regular Orders

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed (usually the next business day). We cannot cancel orders once they are processed and shipped. Email us at 3gearstudios@gmail.com to check your order status.

⚙ Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Pre-orders and special orders may be canceled on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the item can be canceled with our distributor. Email us with any questions before canceling.

⚙ Events

No refunds for no-shows. A refund will only be issued if we cancel an event and are unable to reschedule it.

⚙ A Note on Customs Fees ⚙

We currently ship domestically within the continental USA only. On the occasions when we do ship internationally, please be aware that customs fees may apply.

The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes imposed at their country's border. These fees vary by country and are not set by or paid to 3 Gear Studios. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.

Important: If you deny delivery of a package due to customs fees, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to your door and back to us.
